As a meeting attendee, you will have access to the virtaul meeting platform until August 21, 2020. All content will remain available to you until this date. You will also request your certificate of attendance and complete the meeting survey by logging into the platform and finding the applicable links in your briefcase.
To login to the site, click the Login button below. Once on the login page, you will simply use the email address associated with your registration to log in (no password required). On your first login, you will be asked to fill out your Name Badge. Please do take the time to add your area(s) of expertise, LinkedIn profile and picture, to enhance the networking features of the platform.
What is the System Check under the login button on the login page? This option provides an overall check of your internet connection and ensures you are all set for your virtual conference experience. You are not require to click this, but it is recommended to ensure everything will run smoothly for you.
Please note that meeting attendees have access to the platform until, August 21, 2020.
Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the PSA Annual Meeting Lobby. Here you have access to everything available in the platform. Please note the navigation toolbar at the bottom of the screen. This toolbar is available in every room to help you navigate around the platform. There is also hanging navigational signage, like you would see in a traditional convention center, to make navigation easier.
If you are experiencing technical issues, can’t find something or just have a general question, please visit the PSA Help Desk. Platform technicians will be available throughout the meeting to help with any technical issues, select Technical Assistance for this kind of aid. PSA staff will also be available throughout the meeting to help you with any other requests or questions you might have, to connect with staff about non-technical issues, select PSA Staff Chat.
Enter the Ballroom to find and view the PSA Symposia. Please see the Program Book or daily agenda for the days and times of each symposium. Symposia recordings will be available in the platform 24 hours after the live symposia airing.
Enter the session room to find and view all of the available sessions by topic. Simply click on the topic you are interested in and a list of available presentations will appear. Click on the “play icon” next to each presentation to view. Within this screen you can also add a presentation to your briefcase (icon to the right of any content list) to bookmark it, to save for later or view again. Please note, all virtual meeting content will be available within the platform to attendees until August 21, 2020.
Once you have chosen a presentation to view, you will note on the right-hand side there is related content. Here you will find the abstract and any other related materials provided by the presenter. If you wish to ask a question or make a comment to a particular presenter, simply search for that presenter in the attendee list and send them a message through chat or email.
Navigate to the poster room to enter and view all of the available sessions by topic. Simply click on the topic you are interested in and a list of available posters will appear. Click on the “play icon” next to each presentation to view. Within this screen you can also add a presentation to your briefcase (icon to the right of any content list) to bookmark it, to save for later or view again. Please note, all virtual meeting content will be available within the platform to attendees until August 21, 2020.
Once you have chosen a poster presentation to view, you will note on the right-hand side there is related content. Here you will find the abstract and any other related materials provided by the presenter. While the posters will be available throughout the meeting, we have scheduled various poster sessions (by topic) where the presenter within those topics will be available online to answer any questions you might have. Please see the Program Book or daily agenda for these dates and times. These chat times will offer the quicker turn around for Poster Q&A. If you wish to ask a question or make a comment outside of the poster sessions, you may do so by simply searching for that presenter in the attendee list and sending them a message through chat or email.
Enter the Expo Hall to view all of our 2020 exhibitors. Please take the time to stop in each booth and view the materials provided by each exhibitor. Within the booth you can even chat live with available representatives or submit your questions via email. PSA is grateful for the continued support of our sponsors/exhibitors this year so, please do take the time to stop by and visit their booths.
Enter the Resource Center to get access to the Program Book, Job Board (check out the FREE 2-week job listing!), and T-shirt sales (yes, we have a PSA Virtual Meeting t-shirt available for $15 + S&H. Get yours before they sell out!).
Enter the Networking Lounge to gain access to the PSA social events.
Throughout the entire platform there is the ability to private chat with an attendee or create chat groups. You can do this by going to the attendee list and clicking on the “chat icon” next to the attendee you wish to chat with. From the chat screen you can add additional individuals to your chat.
Please note that attendees listed in the chat are those who have logged into the platform at least once.
Use the search function, located in the top menu bar, to search content by keywords, presenter’s name or company/institution.
Throughout the meeting platform there are hidden graphics and icons. When you discover one of these treasures, click on it to earn points. The three attendees with the most points at the end of the meeting will receive a free registration to the 2021 PSA Annual Meeting in Omaha, July 19-22, 2021. Please note that some graphics/icons earn more points than others
