Access to the virtual meeting space will remain open until the end of 2021. So, until December 31, 2021 at 11:59 PM CST, you will be able to review abstracts, watch presentations, symposia recordings, and look at posters. Some components of the meeting, including gamification, will no longer operate after the meeting has ended.

To login to the site, click the Login button below. Once on the login page, you will simply use the email address associated with your registration to log in (no password required). On your first login, you will be asked to fill out your Name Badge. Please do take the time to add your area(s) of expertise, LinkedIn profile, and a picture, to enhance the networking features of the platform.
What is the System Check under the login button on the login page? This option provides an overall check of your internet connection and ensures you are all set for your virtual conference experience. You are not require to click this, but it is recommended to ensure everything will run smoothly for you.
Please note that meeting attendees will have access to the platform from July 19, 2021 to December 31, 2021.
Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the PSA Annual Meeting Lobby. Here you have access to everything available in the platform. Please note the navigation toolbar at the bottom of the screen. This toolbar is available in every room to help you navigate around the platform. There is also hanging navigational signage, like you would see in a traditional convention center, to make navigation easier.
If you are experiencing technical issues, can’t find something or just have a general question, please visit the PSA Help Desk. You can access the Help Desk chat by clicking on the PSA Help Desk in the Lobby. Platform technicians and/or PSA staff will be available throughout the meeting to help you.
Enter the Ballroom to find and view PSA Symposia, the Poultry Science® 100th Anniversary Celebration (Tuesday, July 20 at 4-5p PM CST), and the PSA and Hatchery Business Meetings. Please see the Program Book or daily agenda for the days and times of each. Symposia recordings will be available in the platform a few hours after the live symposia airing, if not sooner. If two symposia are airing at the same time, you will be able to select either of the concurrent symposia from the Ballroom’s list of presentations.
Enter the Session room to find and view all of the available sessions by topic. Simply click on the topic you are interested in and a list of available presentations will appear. Click on the “play icon” next to each presentation to view. Within this screen you can also add a presentation to your briefcase (icon to the right of any content list) to bookmark it, to save for later or view again. Throughout the entire platform there is the ability to private chat with an attendee or create chat groups. You can do this by going to the attendee list and clicking on the “chat icon” next to the attendee you wish to chat with. From the chat screen you can add additional individuals to your chat. This year there is also the ability for attendees to chat with each other (or with booth representatives) over video calls! Once you have connected with an attendee using the attendee list and clicking on the chat icon, you will have the option to click the video chat icon to chat on-camera in real time.
Please note that attendees listed in the chat are those who are currently logged into the platform.
Use the search function, located in the top menu bar, to search content by keywords, presenter’s name or company/institution.
Throughout the meeting platform there are hidden graphics and icons. When you discover one of these treasures, click on it to earn points. You can also gain points by adding content to your “briefcase”. The briefcase will house any materials that you want to easily reference again later. The five attendees with the most points on Thursday, July 22nd at 2pm CST will receive prizes (see below for more detail)! Please note that some graphics/icons earn more points than others.
